zondle mobile released!

Today we are releasing zondle mobile for all android devices. The Apple app is pending approval and we will let you know when its live in the Apple app store, but it should only be a few days.

Zondle mobile is a toe in the mobile arena. We will be adding many of the features of the main site (most notably support for all question types and learner tracking) over the coming weeks. The app will automatically update itself with these new features as we add them. So grab it now and be one of the first mobile zondlers!

Now your learners can play your topics on the bus on the way to school, at the park, in the car. Anywhere.

Any feedback is, of course, very welcome.

Update: The Apple iPhone and iPad app has now been approved and is in the app store. Please click here to see.

Zondle at BETT 2012: win a 'free zondle day'!

Win a free ‘zondle day’ for your UK school

You provide some computers with internet access, and some children who are keen to learn. We’ll provide the games, some instruction and the fun!

Simply find us and ask for a zondle postcard. Each postcard has a unique code. Enter that code into zondle and see whether you have won a free ‘zondle day’ for your school.

“The sessions were hugely successful and we all discovered a lot. For me it was using another free tool to engage the children with their learning.” Dawn Hallybone, Oakdale School (@dawnhallybone).

Code-Breakers, adaptive phonics from zondle - coming soon!

Zondle phonics is a groundbreaking new adaptive phonics application from zondle. Players have to help our hero Colin to crack the code of phonics on safes around the globe and stop the evil villain Rooster Silkie from destroying the world with his laser.

Whilst playing the games every question delivered to the learners is picked based on zondle analysing the results for all the previous questions delivering the next question based on the progress for that particular learner ensuring that progress is personalised.

No knowledge of phonics is required, you just let the learner play and let zondle do the rest.

This video shows some of the graphic elements from the up coming application.
